Enquiries

Confirming an enquiry in the form or Chat 24/7 sends your name, selected contact, summary and attached conversation context via FormSubmit to [email protected] (Gmail/Google) for assessment and response. WhatsApp is a reply preference; the site does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. Service acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Email activation and receipt are being verified. Providers may process the data and technical logs needed for their services. See FormSubmit privacy terms. Do not send passwords, codes, bank details or sensitive data.

AI chat and session storage

The active chat uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Triage messages and recent context are transmitted to Cloudflare through our server. AI can make mistakes and does not provide definitive diagnoses or commit to prices or deadlines. Name and contact collected at checkout are not added to AI context; information typed earlier in free-text messages may be sent to AI.

Conversation and enquiry state are kept in this tab’s sessionStorage for 30 minutes of inactivity and can be cleared in the chat. Guided-report transfers may remain for ten minutes. Navigating during a reply may require resending a draft. ✓✓ indicates automated receipt, not human reading.

Hosting and records

Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Workers AI and D1. D1 stores usage counters and annual references, not conversations or contacts. Rate limits use salted daily IP hashes; expiring counters are cleaned up. Reference records contain a technical key, year and sequence until deleted by the owner. Failed sending can leave reserved references; these are not invoice numbers. Providers may retain technical logs under their policies.

Cookies and measurement

No advertising, visitor analytics or non-essential cookies are installed by default. Session storage supports the described features. External services may use their own technical mechanisms. Calculator values remain in the browser.

Owner information pending

Fiscal identification, required business address, tax treatment, payment and contract terms, service area, enquiry retention and rights procedures, and applicable consumer/dispute information require owner confirmation before full commercial promotion. Full legal compliance is not asserted. Privacy queries can be sent to the contact above; the Portuguese supervisory authority is the CNPD.
