Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to supply text and photos?
Yes. The base package assumes you supply the content and have permission to use it. Additional help with content is assessed separately.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain, hosting and paid external services are itemised and quoted separately before any purchase.
Can you change my existing website?
I can assess your website and the changes you want. Feasibility depends on the technology, the condition of the code and available access. Do not send passwords with your request.
Will the website work on mobile?
Desktop and mobile layouts are included in the website creation package. For an existing website, the necessary improvements are assessed before quoting.
Can I request more changes later?
Yes, with a new quote. The base package includes one round of small revisions within the agreed scope; it does not include ongoing maintenance or unlimited support.
How is the delivery time agreed?
After assessing your request, content and availability. Timing is agreed before starting, along with scope and revisions.
Do you build online shops or special features?
Shops, payments, customer areas and booking systems are not included in the €49 package. They require their own feasibility assessment, available capabilities and quote; delivery is not guaranteed.
Can I request programming work?
Yes, for assessment. Web services include HTML, CSS and JavaScript changes and fixes. Other programming requests require a feasibility assessment, available capabilities and a separate quote. Delivery is not guaranteed before that assessment.
What changes between €49 and €149?
Essential includes one page with up to three sections and one round of small revisions. Presence includes up to three pages, six sections in total, a gallery of up to eight images, simple interactions and two rounds of small revisions. Both use an adapted template and client content. External services and features outside the scope are quoted separately.
